Since we take pride in the quality and safety of our products, you will never find any of our parts being made with polyethylene (see information on polyethylene on the FAQ's page), and we are knowledgeable enough that we don’t need to sell a heater coil strapped to a few hoses, which you might expect to heat 30 gal of oil in 5 mins. Instead, our tanks have a pre-heating chamber. This means the 10-15 feet of FITTING-FREE, 316 stainless steel tubing that runs inside our tank, connected to your heater hose/radiator and heating the veggie oil, only has to heat up a few gallons of the oil at a time. This makes it an on-demand system, giving you the confidence that your veggie oil is hot enough to be burned efficiently in your diesel engine. Also, because it can reach the correct temperature before the fuel filter, you will save a lot of money over other available systems, as the fuel filter will need far less replacing. You can literally put a stick of margarine into one of our tanks and it will be converted into fuel for your diesel engine.

Our fuel filter systems use high-capacity filters and a much more superior heating system than any electric fuel filter systems available. With our hot water system, the vegetable oil will be thoroughly and consistently heated throughout the system, from tank to engine.
